Opera and Showtunes Sing-Along at Daley Plaza

The daylong celebration will begin during the morning commute and continue at locations citywide throughout the day. The day’s events will close with a Grand Finale at St. James Cathedral Commons from 6:30 – 9 p.m, broadcast live on 98.7 WFMT FM, as well as performances in neighborhoods across the city.

Musicians of all ages and levels–amateur, part-time-professionals, and marquee artists–are invited to participate, and all genres–pop, rock, classical, jazz, folk, blues, R&B, world music, and everything in between–are welcome.
