Volunteer for Make Music Chicago

Make Music Chicago is made possible only through the efforts of hundreds of volunteers dedicated to sharing live music across Chicago.

Here are 3 easy ways you can help BEFORE June 21:

1. Recruit volunteers for each site presenting music on June 21: Find volunteers to greet musicians and audience members and to photo and video document the events at each site

2. Contact music-makers who have signed up to play: Email and call music-makers to finalize logistics for their assigned sites throughout the day

3. Distribute promotional materials: Hand out MMC brochures and business cards to your friends, co-workers, and your favorite shops, cafés, and businesses across the city

Here are 3 easy ways that you can help ON Thursday, June 21:

1. Join the MMC Social Media Team: Take pictures and videos of artists with your smartphone at sites like the Apple Store, Daley Plaza, Lincoln Park Zoo, and the John Hancock Building and post them online

2. Spread the word about Make Music Chicago: Let audience members and passers-by know that the event they’re seeing is part of the inaugural Make Music Chicago festival
